I am René Delyn Costleigh, and I LOVE WHAT I DO! I am proud to say that I was born in Spain as a military brat and grew up in Japan. I moved back to the States and graduated from Dover AFB High School. I received my initial cosmetology training right here in Delaware. My spouse’s name is Brian, and together we are the proud parents of our daughter, Macayla. My interests include gardening and cooking, and when I am shopping, get out of my way!

As the owner and head stylist of Rene Delyn Designs Inc., I maintain a very professional salon environment. My salon is in Dover, DE, but I have received professional training all over the world, including:

• Hawaii (under Paul Mitchell and Jeanne Braa)
• Las Vegas

• London (at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, the Robert Fielding Academy, and the Jingles Academy)

• Canada (where my extensive training allowed me to attain a Masters in Hair under the auspices of Martin Parsons)

Aside from operating my salon, I am also a color educator for Goldwell Mid Atlantic. The Governor appointed me to sit on the Delaware State Board of Cosmetology for nine years, where we helped regulate the laws of the salon industry. Due to my experience, I was also asked to help write the national exam for cosmetology licensing. I am trained in the use of Vern’s doublehanded perfect faultless cutting technique scissors. I’m also a state-approved apprenticeship program provider. As you can tell, I am incredibly excited about my continuing education and accomplishments in the salon industry.

I have had the pleasure of being a part of the Rene Delyn team for over 25 years as a master colorist of Goldwell Color. I specialize in all-over color and highlights of natural colors. I continue to pursue opportunities to expand my education through hands-on workshops to keep current on the latest styles, colors, and techniques. At Rene Delyn, you will instantly become part of our family. My goal is to connect with you and help you feel beautiful inside and out. I love Jesus, my family, and the Philadelphia Eagles. The hair industry is not just a career but a life-long passion. I look forward to meeting you.

 

Hello, I’m Reagan Hooper and I’m the Esthetician here. I studied at the Aveda Institute of Maryland and graduated top of my class. I am a firm believer in continuing education so after I finished school, I became Dermalogica-certified. I specialize in facials, waxing, back treatments, and brow and lash tinting. I’ve always had a passion for skincare but had no idea I could make it my profession! Now here I am! I absolutely love what I do and I love making people feel beautiful. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
